Standing Rock

Ceramic standing rock coated with sediment clay, beeswax, carbon allotrope and carnauba wax.

The Man of Do>. is an outcrop of carboniferous rock, a leftover residue of rock stripped away for millstones. The Man of Do>. was left to mark the site of an ancient cairn and subsequently became a site of ceremony, its apex rises 1100ft above sea level, standing at 65ft in height.
